Borrowing Information

Reserving Materials

If something you want has been checked out by another person, or if the library has ordered it and it has not come in yet, you may reserve it. You may reserve materials in person at the Information Desk, by telephone (610-867-3761, ext. 224), or online by accessing your account either in the library or from home. If a popular item has many reserves on it, the library will buy more copies, but you still may have to wait your turn. When a reserved item is ready for you to pick it up, the library will either mail you a notice or email you, depending on your preference.

The rental copies of best sellers cannot be reserved.

A $.50 handling charge will be collected for each reserve when you pick it up.
