Support the Library

Volunteering at the Bethlehem Area Public Library is an opportunity to contribute your unique talents, skills and knowledge to meaningful tasks critical to the Library’s operation. Take on a time commitment of your choice and feel an immediate sense of pride in your work.

BAPL needs volunteers willing to donate just
a few hours of their time on an ongoing basis. We provide all the training for opportunities that may include shelf-reading (keeping our collection in correct order), DVD / CD maintenance and shelving, delivery of materials to the homebound, and booksale donations sorting or assistance.

Note: The Library does not accept volunteers through court-ordered programs.
