Each week you will relax and cultivate a sense of well-being with gentle exercises that focus on conscious breathing and healthy physical body alignment. Wear loose-fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat or beach towel. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Led by Wendy Thomson, M.Ed., LPC RYT, Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher.  Free. Registration required.
