Each week you will relax and cultivate a sense of well-being with gentle exercises that focus on conscious breathing and healthy physical body alignment. Led by Wendy Thomson, M.Ed., LPC RYT, Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher. Please bring a mat or towel. Registration is required.
