Enjoy a meditative experience with certified yoga instructor Wendy L Thomson M.Ed., LPC RYT, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Registered Yoga Teacher. Classes are currently offered both in-person or via Zoom. Registration is required. Emails will be sent out the day prior to the event for Zoom invites. Please wear loose fitting clothing and bring a Yoga mat or towel.
