Mindfulness Session for students in grades K – 12 at the Main Library

Join us in our quiet, beautiful space for a session that will improve your mood and help you have a good day.  Mindfulness practice has been proven to increase concentration, emotional regulation, and self-confidence while decreasing anxiety and worry.   Build your coping skills in a non-judgmental atmosphere.  Sessions are led by Elizabeth Lang of the Bethlehem Unschool Co-op.  No registration is required.  Masks are a must.  Parents are welcome to join in.  Sessions will be held in the Youth Department on the 2nd floor of the Library.
