Experience this ancient Chinese exercise which promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome! This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Library and is currently offered simultaneously in-person and virtually on Zoom.
