Listen to the featured book read in both English and the featured language.  Learn about a different world language and culture each session.  We will visit Columbia today and listen to a wonderful story, Cuentos Pintados/Painted Tales read by Dr. Claudia Mesa, Professor of Modern Languages and Literatures at Moravian University.  Children will have the opportunity to make paper flowers to celebrate the Annual Flower Festival in Medellin, Columbia, one of the most important regional celebrations.   This event will be held in the garden near the tea house or on the porch if there is rain.  We will provide mats for seating or bring a blanket from home.  This program is open to ages 3 – 8, with an adult.  No registration is required.  Masks are a must for all in attendance.
