Adult Holiday Arts & Craft

Do you have a bah-humbug attitude about what to give this holiday season? Need some holiday gift making ideas? Join us as Ann McGrath guides us in a hands-on demonstration in making earrings, bracelets, and origami gift boxes. After this workshop, you will be able to impress your friends and family by giving away these gems, made by hand, from the heart. Registration required, space is limited.
Tales Well Told: O. Henry and Harte for Christmas

Join us for an old-fashioned holiday celebration as professional actress Michèle LaRue brings two vintage American stories to life. This performance is suitable for ages 12 to adult and for celebrants of any December holiday. Free. Santa Visits the South Side Holiday Party

Moravian Beeswax Candle Demonstration

Join Bobb Carson and learn to decorate traditional beeswax candles trimmed in red paper – a custom in the Moravian Church that dates back to 1747. Held at the Main Library. Registration required, space is limited.
Liberty High School French Club presents Joyeux Noel

Join us for a Christmas celebration of French language and culture for families. Bi-lingual stories, songs, and fun seasonal activities for all. No registration is required.
