Lehigh Valley Book Festival: A Virtual Series

March 17, 2021: LET’S PLAY BOOKS BOOKSTORE announces the Inaugural Lehigh Valley Book Festival – A Virtual Series – March 26 through May 1.

Let’s Play Books Bookstore, in partnership with the Bethlehem Area Public Library, is proud to present the Lehigh Valley Book Festival, as a Virtual Series, to kick-off the last weekend in March 2021. The Inaugural Lehigh Valley Book Festival was scheduled for March 26-28, 2020. Due to COVID it was rescheduled to June 2020, and then officially canceled. “Last year’s inaugural event, with over 70 authors & illustrators scheduled over three-days, was a feat to organize. Thanks to the Bethlehem Area Public Library, PBS39 & Arts Quest we were set for an incredible event. Although virtual programing may not be ideal, we are still excited to share high-interest, new titles and their creators with readers in the Lehigh Valley – at no cost.” said Kirsten Hess, the Lehigh Valley Festival Director.

The program includes over 30 authors & illustrators celebrating their recently published books. All sessions will be held on Friday evenings & Saturday mornings, March 26 through May 1, excluding April 2nd & 3rd. Registration for the various programs open to the public on Friday, March 19. All sessions are free, except for the closing Feature Presentation:
