A History of Bethlehem City Council
When Bethlehem, South Bethlehem and West Bethlehem consolidated into a single city in 1918, a new City Council was formed. The initial council was five members: Alexander C. Graham, James E. Mathews, A. W. Schmich, Thomas F. Rowan, and W. P. Walker. See below for a full list of all the members of Council up to the present day.
