On Wednesday April 4 at 5:00 pm, an important event is being held at BAPL. In partnership with the Bethlehem NAACP, the Bethlehem Area Public Library will serve as a gathering place for participants from neighboring colleges and organizations to march peacefully in commemoration of the fiftieth anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s death. The march will begin at the library and end on the South Side of Bethlehem, with diverse speakers on issues that were important to King and remain relevant today.
