Tomorrow, 8/12. 12:00-1:30. Memoir Writing for Personal Growth

We invite you to join our engaging memoir writing group the 2nd Thursday of every month from 12-1:30pm. Jerry Waxler, our workshop facilitator, will guide you through the writing process of documenting your own life story. Writing memoirs requires reflecting upon all of our personal experiences – the amusing, embarrassing, and yes, painful ones, too. But these memories and emotional truths are the raw materials of your memoir and they offer a wonderful opportunity for personal growth and social connection, something we desperately need in this time of social separation.

Our workshop is informal, relaxed, and currently offered via Zoom. Join each session as it best fits your schedule, although we’d love to have you join every month! Once registered, Jerry will send a Zoom link a few days before each class. Feel free to contact Regina at rkochmaruk@bapl.org for more information.
