TAX FORMS

The library receives the following from the IRS:
  • 1040 form & booklet

These are available at the Main Library and South Side Branch. No other forms are provided. The library no longer receives hard copies of City tax forms. You should receive your City forms in the mail. All other forms are available online and may be printed at any time. Stop in to a library location if you need assistance with printing.

The library receives copies of form PA-40 and rent rebate forms from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. Forms are also available via the methods below.

The AARP Foundation provides no cost tax help. Visit aarpfoundation.org/taxhelp or call 1-888-AARPNOW (1-888-227-7669). AARP Foundation Tax-Aide is offered in conjunction with the IRS.
