We use more water on our lawns than any other single food! In addition to the seven billion gallons of water each day, lawns guzzle fertilizer and pesticides that pollute our planet. So – why grow grass when we could instead grow vegetables, herbs, and flowers that feed and nourish all of us on Earth? Join Richie Mitchell of Bear Creek Organics for this info-packed session on turning all – or part – of your lawn into an ‘edible landscape.’  This event, co-sponsored by the Bethlehem Food Co-Op, will be held via Zoom and registration is required. Invites will be sent out the day of the event.
