Awaken the reflective writer in you! By looking back through your memory, you will see a whole variety of incidents – some funny, others embarrassing, still others downright painful. By turning memories into shareable stories, you will discover that this raw material – until now, stuck inside the confines of your own mind – offers a wonderful opportunity for personal growth and social connection.
Workshop facilitator and memoir author, Jerry Waxler, will guide you through the writing process of documenting your own life story, reflecting upon personal experience and emotional truths.
This is a monthly virtual workshop which meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month from 12-1:30. Our virtual environment is informal and relaxed. Join the sessions as you desire, although it is encouraged that you attend regularly since consistency with writing is best. Once registered, a Zoom link will be provided a few days before each class. For more information, contact Regina at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 484-892-6267 (BAPL Coolidge Branch).
